40014 – Message expired in queue

The message expired in the queue. This error occured before Telnyx attempted to relay your message, and you were not billed.

40014 – Causes

  • The queue on your account or number took longer to empty than the validity period of your message.

40014 – Solutions

  • Increase the validity period on the messages you send
  • Send messages more slowly across your account or per-number
  • Contact Telnyx to increase your message rate limit
